Legal Agreement for Filipino Players

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the no8jl Casino website and services (collectively, the "Platform"), you enter into a binding legal agreement with no8jl Casino ("we," "us," "our," or "no8jl"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Platform and all services offered therein, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, bingo, and payment processing services.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your explicit acceptance of these Terms as they may be amended from time to time.

no8jl reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Notice of material changes will be provided through email notification to your registered email address and/or prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use the no8jl Platform. This age restriction is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

2.2 Age Verification Process

no8jl employs a multi-stage age verification process to ensure compliance with PAGCOR regulations. During account registration and before your first withdrawal, you will be required to provide government-issued identification documents that confirm your date of birth. Acceptable documents include Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID card, or other PAGCOR-approved identification.

Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, permanently closed, and any funds confiscated. We will report such violations to PAGCOR as required by law. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring minors in their household do not access the Platform using their devices or credentials.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

The no8jl Platform is intended exclusively for residents of the Republic of the Philippines. You may not access or use the Platform if you are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access real-money gaming services on the no8jl Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. You may only register one account per person. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify no8jl immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. no8jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

You may not share your account with any other person, transfer your account to another individual, or allow another person to access your account using your credentials. All activity occurring under your account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering regulations and our commitment to responsible gaming, no8jl requires all players to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawal requests. You will be required to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and in some cases, proof of payment method ownership.

Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of your first deposit may result in account suspension until verification is completed. no8jl reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, or payment method ownership.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

4.1 Deposits

no8jl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks), and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT, Ethereum). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (one hundred Philippine pesos) or cryptocurrency equivalent. All deposits are final and non-refundable except as required by law or in cases of clear processing error.

You may only deposit funds from payment sources that are registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the original payment source. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited to your no8jl account are legally obtained and not derived from illegal activity.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be made via the same payment method used for deposit, subject to payment provider availability. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 (five hundred Philippine pesos) or cryptocurrency equivalent. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Philippine Time). Bank transfers are processed within 1-3 business days.

no8jl reserves the right to require additional identity verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or irregular withdrawal patterns. Withdrawal requests exceeding ₱100,000 (one hundred thousand pesos) may be processed in installments at no8jl's discretion to ensure security and prevent fraud.

Before withdrawing bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds, you must fulfill all applicable wagering requirements as specified in the bonus terms. Attempting to withdraw funds before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from bonus play.

4.3 Fees and Charges

no8jl does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bank, GCash, PayMaya, cryptocurrency network) may impose their own transaction fees which are beyond no8jl's control. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

no8jl offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published on the promotions page and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms. Bonus terms include wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, time limits, and withdrawal restrictions.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30 times (30x) to 40 times (40x) the bonus amount, or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the specific promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time period (typically 30 days from bonus crediting) or the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, exploiting software bugs to gain unfair advantage, or engaging in any form of bonus hunting or arbitrage betting, is strictly prohibited. no8jl reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and close accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse.

5.3 Bonus Modifications and Cancellation

no8jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of bonus cancellation, players who have already opted into the promotion will be allowed to complete their wagering requirements under the original terms, unless the bonus was cancelled due to abuse or error.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

no8jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activities. We encourage all players to gamble responsibly and within their financial means. Gambling should be viewed as entertainment, not as a source of income or a solution to financial problems.

6.1 Deposit and Loss Limits

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for 24 hours, though they may be decreased immediately. Players may also set loss limits to cap the amount they can lose within a specified time period.

6.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel their gambling is becoming problematic may self-exclude from the Platform for a period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access your account, place bets, or make deposits. You agree to play games fairly and in good faith. 8. Intellectual Property

All content on the no8jl Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game interfaces, is the property of no8jl or our licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, no8jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you deposited to your account in the 90 days preceding the claim.

10. Termination

no8jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or suspicious betting patterns. Upon termination, your account balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification if not previously completed.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation with no8jl customer support. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may initiate formal legal proceedings.
